SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Demo Pool Co sends service related SMS messages to customers including appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, chemical balance reports, billing notifications, and responses to customer support inquiries.

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number in the service request form on our website at https://demo.yourpoolsite.com/ and selecting the SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive service related text messages from Demo Pool Co.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on service activity but typically does not exceed 8 messages per month.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Demo Pool Co unless you opt in again.
